One conviction

MAROS Sécurité grew from a simple idea: high-end private security is recognised by the fact that nobody notices it. Our clients entertain, travel and live in their homes. Our work is to make sure they never have to think about it.

We began with residential security on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, at night and out of season, on estates where every gate and every path has to be known. Close protection, security drivers, event security and yacht security followed, for the same clients and the same places, and then for Paris and Courchevel.

We have chosen to remain a small firm. The director knows every assignment, every officer and every client. That is what makes it possible to design a bespoke arrangement, and then to keep to it.

Two offices

Our head office south of Paris covers the Île-de-France region; our Gassin office is ten minutes from Saint-Tropez. Courchevel is covered on assignment, with officers accommodated locally for the season.

The framework

CNAPS licence: MAROS Sécurité operates under licence AUT-091-2124-02-24-20250968611, issued by the Conseil national des activités privées de sécurité (CNAPS), the French private security regulator, for surveillance and guarding activities. Every officer holds an individual professional licence.
Book VI of the French Internal Security Code: Our activities are governed by Book VI of the Code de la sécurité intérieure, which regulates private security, the physical protection of persons and the professional conduct required of officers.
Collective agreement: Our officers are covered by the French national collective agreement for prevention and security companies (IDCC 1351), which sets their qualifications, working hours and ongoing training.
Insurance: The company holds professional liability insurance with MAIF, under a comprehensive business policy.

Three commitments

Bespoke
No assignment begins without a site visit and a mission brief written with you. The hours, the access points, the guests and the instructions are yours, not a template.
Rigour
Patrols at random times, every opening checked, an incident log kept throughout, an end-of-shift report each morning. What is not written down was not done.
Confidentiality
No photographs, no publication, no mention of the occupants or the premises, during the assignment and for five years afterwards. This clause appears in every one of our contracts.
