Data we collect
This website collects personal data only when you complete the contact form: first name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, location, the service you are interested in, dates and a message if you provide them, and the page from which the request is sent.
No data is collected without your knowledge. The site uses no tracking cookies. Audience measurement is carried out without cookies or personal identifiers.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request and to prepare a quote. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients and retention
The data is intended for the management of MAROS SÉCURITÉ. It passes through our e-mail delivery provider and our hosting provider, who act as processors. It is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
It is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, and then for no more than three years after our last exchange if no assignment has been agreed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to marossecurite@gmail.com.
