Event security for private receptions and brands

For hosts of private parties, luxury houses, agencies and the organisers of weddings, launches and fashion shows.

Poolside reception at a modern villa at dusk, guests and fire bowls

Screening without weighing on the evening

The security of a private party is judged by what the guests do not notice. Entry went without a queue, nobody came in without an invitation, the photographers stayed where they were put, and the last guest found their coat. Our event security is designed for exactly that: holding the entrance and the flow of people with a team that has the dress and the tone of the occasion.

We work on private receptions, weddings, birthdays, product launches, press dinners, fashion shows and brand events. The host may be a family, a luxury house, a gallery, an events agency or a venue. Depending on the case, we work alongside the wedding planner, the production manager, the caterer, the valets and, where the venue requires it, the safety committee.

In a venue open to the public, we supply the SSIAP fire safety officers the regulations require. In a villa or a private mansion, a team leader and a few officers in plain clothes are usually enough.

What is included

  • Access control and screening

Guest list, named invitations, wristbands or QR codes: we hold the door with your tool. A refusal is made quietly, to one side.

  • Arrivals and flow of guests

Valets, shuttles, taxis, arrivals by boat or by helicopter: we organise drop-off, waiting and departure so that nothing builds up outside the entrance.

  • Press and photographers

A dedicated area, accreditations, an escort for accredited photographers and courteous distance for the others. Our officers take no pictures.

  • Watch over spaces and belongings

Cloakroom, backstage, equipment store, works on display, guests' bedrooms: an officer keeps watch while the party goes on elsewhere.

  • Dress to match the event

Dark suit, evening wear, summer or mountain dress. You choose, we comply. No uniform and no armband unless you ask for them.

  • SSIAP officers where the venue requires them

For venues open to the public, we supply the SSIAP 1 and 2 fire safety officers required by the regulations and by the venue.

  • Present until the last departure

The team stays until the last guests and their drivers have left, then hands the venue back to its manager after a closing round.

How it works

  1. First contact

You describe the event: date, venue, number of guests, running order, sensitivity. We call you back within 24 hours with the questions that matter.

  2. Venue visit

We identify the entrances, the exits, the areas to protect, the drop-off points and the neighbours' constraints. For a venue we already know, a conversation with the production manager may be enough.

  3. Deployment plan

Number of officers, posts, hours, dress, screening instructions, handling of the press, emergency contacts: everything is written down and approved with you or your agency.

  4. On the day

The team leader arrives early, briefs the officers and reports to the production manager, then remains your single point of contact until closing. A written report reaches you the next day.

Two levels of service for your event

Experienced officer

A team of officers holding the CNAPS professional licence, used to private receptions and brand events, under a team leader. Dress to your dress code, quiet screening, management of arrivals and a logbook of the evening. This level suits weddings, receptions, launches and private dinners.

Elite tier

For an event carrying particular risk, a highly exposed figure or a venue that is hard to hold, the Elite tier adds officers with proven military experience, encrypted radio between every post, an AI motion-detection camera on secondary entrances, a panic button linked to our on-call desk, a prior briefing with the organiser and an emergency protocol written for the venue.

Frequently asked questions

How many security officers do I need for a party of 200 guests?

It depends on the venue, the number of entrances, the running order and the guest profile. After the visit we propose a precise deployment. For a reception in a villa, a team leader and a few officers are often enough.

Do your event security officers wear a uniform?

No, unless you ask. They dress to the event's dress code so that screening does not break the atmosphere. The team leader is introduced to your guests as a member of the organisation.

How much does event security cost in France?

Every event is quoted individually, according to the number of officers, the hours, the duration and the qualifications required, SSIAP for instance. Nights between 21:00 and 06:00, Sundays, public holidays and requests at less than 48 hours' notice carry a surcharge. Answer within 24 hours.

Can you work in a venue we are hiring?

Yes. We coordinate with the owner or the venue's production manager, respect the house rules and complement the venue's own arrangements if it has any.
