Residential security for a luxury villa comes down to one thing: a person on site. An alarm signals, a camera records, a night guard goes to look, closes what needs closing and calls you only if the situation warrants it. We place an officer holding the CNAPS professional licence on your property, on night shifts or in continuous presence, depending on whether the house is occupied, let or closed for the season.
Villa security is for owners who are away, for families in residence who want to sleep soundly, and for concierge companies and estate agencies looking after a house on a client's behalf. In every case the arrangement is written with you and shaped to the property, its rhythm, its staff, its guests and its deliveries.
The officer does not replace your technical systems. The officer gives them meaning: reading the images, interpreting each trigger, telling the wind from an intrusion, and reporting every morning.
The reference night shift runs from 21:00 to 07:00. Continuous presence, with officers working in relay, covers occupied houses and sensitive periods.
Nine rounds per shift, seven of them at unpredictable times. The route takes in the outbuildings, the garage and the boundaries of the grounds.
A handover round at the start and at the end of each shift: every door, window, gate and shutter is checked and recorded.

Every event is time-stamped in the logbook. The end-of-shift report reaches you, or your property manager, in the morning.
At the start of the assignment, a countersigned inventory of keys, fobs and access cards is drawn up by both parties, then repeated at every handover.
You describe the house, the period and what you expect, by telephone, WhatsApp or the form. We call you back within 24 hours.
We come to the property, by day and then by night. Access points, lighting, blind spots, vegetation, neighbours, existing systems: everything is noted.
It sets out in writing the hours, the standing instructions, the authorised persons, the procedure on alarm and the emergency contacts. You approve it before the first evening.
The officer takes up post with an opening round and the key inventory. A site manager follows the assignment and remains your point of contact.

The officer carries a lone-worker device, completes the random patrols, keeps the logbook and writes the report. A site manager supervises the assignment and reports to you.
An officer selected against strict criteria, with proven military experience, for isolated villas or exposed occupants. The officer is equipped with a thermal camera, thermal binoculars, an AI motion-detection camera on sensitive points, a reinforced lone-worker device, encrypted radio and a panic button linked to our on-call desk. A surveillance drone can cover large grounds on request. Prior briefing and a bespoke emergency protocol.
On the peninsula, dense vegetation and access from the sea make for longer patrols. Our Gassin office, ten minutes from Saint-Tropez, provides reliefs and reinforcements in summer and through the closed months alike.

Night shifts between 21:00 and 06:00, Sundays, public holidays and requests at less than 48 hours' notice carry a surcharge. Quotes are sent within 24 hours.
For a closed house, a night shift with alarm response covers the essentials. For an occupied house with staff and deliveries, daytime presence makes sense. We advise you after the visit, without oversizing the arrangement.
That depends on your wishes and on the layout. A post in an outbuilding or a dedicated room is often preferable, out of sight of guests and neighbours.
It never leaves the assignment. Under the contract, our officers may not photograph, publish or mention the property or its occupants, during the assignment and for five years after it ends. Reports go only to you or to the person you designate.
